I have been taking my cars to Champion for almost 30 years. Once, while my car was under warranty I took it to the dealer to fix a problem. After 3 trips to the dealer, I took the car to Champion where they figured out the problem in 5 minutes. Champion truly cares about their customers and are always up front and honest about cost and what repairs are absolutely necessary. They also track your car history and let you know when maintenance milestones are coming up. They have given me rides to work all around the Dayton area. The guys in the office are super courteous and always explain what's being done to your car. If something unexpected comes up or the repair may be more costly than originally thought, they always call before they do anything to the car to explain the situation and get your approval.
